The Sydney Opera House is located in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. It was made a UNESCO World Heritage Site on 28 June 2007.[1] Based on the competition winning entry by Danish architect Jørn Utzon, the Sydney Opera House is one of the world's most distinctive 20th century buildings, and one of the most famous performing arts venues in the world.

The Opera House is one of the most memorable things you will see in Sydney only really challenged by the Harbour Bridge. I recommend the tour as it's cheap and the only way you can see inside the concert halls without paying to see a show. However if you don't want to take a tour you can see the beauty of it from outside.
